Zenev and Associates are committed to helping organizations create inclusive, equitable and respectful work and learning environments. Our goal is to support organizations in their efforts to negotiate difference in workplaces.
In our consulting and educational practice, we encourage and support our clients and colleagues to think broadly about difference as going beyond colour and culture to include differences such as sexuality, age, ability and gender.
We offer our clients a range of services including the design and delivery of customized education and training, consulting for organizational change towards equity and inclusion, program planning, curriculum development for face-to-face and online environments and research on issues of difference in workplaces.

(Re)Doing Difference™
The goal of these workshops is to examine the many kinds of differences we bring to the workplace, and to explore how managers and employees can work together to create more equitable, inclusive and respectful work environments. Working with a broad definition of difference, we emphasize that the needs of all employees can be met when workplaces are truly inclusive of all differences.
This workshop provides opportunities for employees, team leads, supervisors and managers to engage in discussion and dialogue to identify barriers to an inclusive workplace, and to work together to enhance their skills, knowledge and awareness around issues on difference, inclusion and equity.
